1. Fees must be paid in full by the attendance of first class. In the event that your child is enrolled after the semester has begun, the fee will be pro-rated in accordance with the number of classes remaining in that semester.
2. Classes will be made up in the event of the instructor’s illness or inclement weather. You will be notified of the cancellation and the scheduled make-up class as soon as possible. Kreativgarten is not required to offer make-up classes for your own personal absences due to travel, illness, etc. However, we will do our best to accomodate you when possible. Contact us at least one week in advance to schedule a make-up in an available class section.
3. Class reservations are confirmed only upon payment of deposit or full payment of fees.
4. Credit vouchers may be given if there are unavoidable circumstances requiring withdrawal from class. All refund requests will be considered on an individual basis. The cost of materials and a $20 processing fee are non-refundable.
